CycleOps & Getting Dialed In

I heard yesterday that I was chosen once again to be a grassroots athlete for CycleOps. I've been riding the CycleOps trainers ever since I started triathlon and do think they are an awesome product.  The company continues to innovate and to grow within the ever-changing industry and I'm happy to be working with them once again this season!

I've been working on getting the new Ceepo Viper dialed in this past week or so and things are progressing nicely.  I've been able to get quite a few miles logged and the more I ride, the more I enjoy the bike.  I did a solid ride on Saturday afternoon and felt really good with the responsiveness that the Viper showed.  My position is improving daily with the little tweaks that I'm continuously making to get things just right. If you're in the market for a new tri bike I would definitely give CEEPO a look!

It's nice that things are all starting to fall into place.  L3 Endurance is continuously growing and that's really exciting on quite a few different fronts!  If you're interested in coaching for the 2013 season let us know really soon because we have 2 spots left!  Crazy how quickly that's filled up, and this year promises to be an exciting one for L3 Endurance!

Pre-Season

So it's the first full week of February, and as a result I'm claiming it to be the kick off to "pre-season".  See there was a "break" which was followed by the "off-season" and now I'm claiming this time to be "pre-season".  In the past I've been ready to race...like now!  I can't say that I'm ready to race right now, but I can say that I'm ready to start some solid & consistent training.  What does that look like?  Well I have it all in the vault (aka my skatterbrained head).

Part of improving is learning and trying new things...so I did try something new this past off-season, hopefully it will pay off in the coming months.  With that said there is a lot of hard work to be put in first, and with that work has to come patience...which is something I'm not very good at.  So the goal for this pre-season is PATIENCE!
